Meaghan Killion Joyce

Meaghan Killion Joyce is the Director of Political & Advocacy Strategy based in the Washington D.C. global government relations office of International Paper. She joined the company in 2006 and has helped to grow International Paper’s political programs. Joyce directs the company’s political action committee, the International Paper PAC (IP-PAC), as well as the employee grassroots and voter education program, IP Votes. During her tenure, Joyce has led a major revitalization of both the PAC and grassroots programs, more than doubling PAC receipts as well as participation in the company’s grassroots program.

Joyce serves in leadership positions in many of the top political involvement professional groups. She serves on the board of directors of the National Association of Business Political Action Committees (NABPAC) and is the former chairman and active member of the Business Industry Political Action Committee (BIPAC)’s Prosperity Project Steering Committee.
