Our Job is to Help You Succeed

LAUNCH is our program for the first three years of your supply chain development. As a LAUNCH participant, you will:

  • Participate in face-to-face and virtual training events that focus on supply chain skills and professional and personal development
  • Visit IP manufacturing facilities to see the supply chain in action
  • Network with supply chain leaders from across the company
  • Build a community of colleagues, who are also recent college graduates, as a resource network for your career

Your Job is to Help Us Move Forward

We are looking for students completing a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Forestry, Industrial Engineering or related field with: 

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior internship or work experience and/or involvement in campus activities and student organizations
  • High proficiency in Microsoft® Office products
  • Age 18 or older
