We look for future team members with the following interests, competencies and qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, electrical, mechanical, paper science, or environmental engineering or in industrial health and safety related majors

• Desire to work in a heavy manufacturing setting

• Safety leadership focus

• Highly motivated, results-driven individual who can perform well in a team setting

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8

• Age 18 or older

Preferred:

• Manufacturing internship and/or co-op experience

• Willingness to move to, live and work mostly in southeastern/southern U.S. 

• Demonstrated leadership capability
