The IT CORE Network is an expansion of the CORE Program designed
to connect new IT college hires with existing employees in the program

  
  

The CORE Network places an emphasis on providing opportunities for leadership, development and engagement. Our mission is to develop and engage IT professionals, who are in the first five years of their career. Our vision is to be considered one of the premier professional development networks at International Paper.

We achieve our mission and vision by providing new CORE members:

  • A CORE Peer Mentor 
  • Process knowledge
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Community service experiences
  • Exposure to International Paper facilities
